I also have this problem – am using latest version of Storefront theme with latest woocommerce. Updated database but didn’t fix it. I couldn’t wait and tinker further as my website is useless without those filters so have now reverted to previous version of woocommerce and hope this is fixed very soon. Pretty sure this is happening because I had planned a week off ??
