Yes, the new update actually solved this issue. The default positioning doesn’t work for me, the other two do however and I like them too.
I wanna say the new customization features make this a really powerful plugin, I’ll also leave this in a review for you.
I found a little bug after the update though (in the “Floating” section). I’d share it here but it contains some information from my site I don’t wanna post here. If you share your mail I can show you a screenshot to help you bugfix.

All of those settings were fine. I found out what the problem is.
I have a plugin called “WooCommerce Boost Sales Premium” from Villatheme which is basically a Upsell/Cross sell plugin that opens a popup with more product suggestions after someone adds an item to cart. I have this plugin only enabled on my product pages.
When I disable that plugin the Whatsapp button shows but as soon as its active, the Whatsapp button disappears.
Is there a good reason this is the case?
I imagined the add to cart button would keep functioning as usual with the popup and the Order on Whatsapp button would open Whatsapp.For reference. The website is https://maureens.com. Currently I have both plugins active, you can see the button on the homepage but not on the product pages.

StanThe friendly support took this issue to mail with me.
To whoever interested, the problem was my crappy host (inmotion). The restores failed because the “Physical Memory Usage” (as it’s named in cpanel) aka server RAM was exceeded during the restore operation and that’s how the restores weren’t properly completed.
It works when I do full restores bit by bit (first database, then plugins, etc.). This way my RAM can handle it and I will change my hosting.

So I did replicate the issue to be sure. It happened again, attributes disappeared from my product information. Backup was made without error messages and restore showed the red “X” for Others and Cleaning. FYI, this is just an example backup. The same issue occurs for every other backup I made lately.

It’s a peculiar issue but a horrifying one because of all the work it entails to fix this for every product.
I love Updraft, it’s the first time I actually have a serious issue with it that I can’t wrap my head around.Cheers,

I’m not sure if I can test the restore because I found out what “Others” apparently is.
I thought it’s some minor stuff but it’s actually worst case scenario. In my entire catalog of products,
attributes like sizes and colors haven’t been restored.Of course when making the backup I didn’t get any errors. It’s a quite devestating bug.
Now I was wondering what would help.
1)
Is it possible to read from backup log files where the error is?2)
Or should I just fix a few products and make another restore and get this log? (I assume the priblem remains and attributes disappear when I replicate this.)I just can’t risk fixing my entire catalog for a few days and then may or may not have this happen again.

When I simulate mobile views in WordPress admin or in Devtools in Chrome and Firefox the Fonts are shown correctly as on Desktop.
However, when I actually use Safari or Chrome on iOS it shows a standard font, I guess a fallback. I deleted caches multiple times.
I’d like to check if the stylesheets are loaded on mobile but I didn’t find anything on how to do that.

I updated and cleared caches. The problem remains but it seems to only affect the “billing_state” and “billing_city” fields. They stay wide no matter what. All other fields do what they’re supposed to.

StanUnfortunately not, I’ve seen I think 2 updates of the plugin since the issue occured but they didn’t fix this positioning problem.
Were you able to resolve this somehow? It remained an issue for me.
