I was trying by myself but in the end i Called the customer care and they help me fixing it. They asked me to TICK FollowSymLinks in WHM.

WHM—-> Apache Configuration—> Global Configuration—-> Tick FollowSymLinks and then rebuild the apache.
This sorted out the problem.
