The update has not solved the issue. The main issue is with the “Anchor widget”.

To explain this better: when you create a menu on the same page using the anchor widget and when you click on a menu item it then automatically scrolls down to a specific element on that same page. The problem is that when you have a sticky element on top of the page, the anchor widget does not work as it should and scrolls down to the middle of the element instead. This got messed up after 2.7.6. I tried version 2.8.2 but the error was not fixed so I have reverted back to 2.7.6 again.

Can you please report this issue so it gets fixed in the next update?

I have already tried all of those things, it has nothing to do with other plugins and I don’t have any caching plugins installed. It is easy to put the blame on everything else when you push a real bad update by the way. Just please look at all the tickets regarding this update…. everybody is having some kind of problems.

Just please let the developer know that he totally messed up and the sooner he admits it the faster he can work on a solution to bring everything back to normal instead of blaming it on other plugins and everything else that worked just fine before this update.

People will lose confidence for Elementor if such behaviour continues. At the moment there are TONS of issues…. so please just read them and don’t ignore them by sending everybody the same link you have sent me, which I saw that you did but rather please take this serioulsy.

Same problem…… The new version TOTALLY messed up my whole site. What a HORRIBLE update. The Anchor widget is not working properly either when you have a sticky element on top. What did you do to mess everything up so badly?

Oh, I thought it was the same plugin but free version of it

I’m posting about schema pro version 1.4.1

When checking Google schma tool it gives a warning as I described.

I’m using Review and product and the warning is: review – > The review field is recommended. Please provide a value if available.

There is no place to provide a value for this…. Can you please update the plugin and fix this issue?

However, the warning has nothing to do with the theme. I’m using Astra but I have tried Hello as well. When I remove the “star widget” the warning disappears when checking Google’s Structured Data Testing Tool so it definitely has to do with the “star widget” itself within Elementor.

Could you please check on your end? I wouldn’t normally stress about a warning, but I get it in the search console as well which makes the “star widget” unusable because of this.

If there is a setting within the Astra theme to change this then please let me know.

Thanks for getting back…. I have found what is causing this. It was a conflict between elementor and another plugin (wp-hide pro). When disabling wp-hide pro everything works again.

It is a shame though because wp-hide pro is a great plugin.

I have checked everything in here:

Talked to webhost, they changed settings…. it did not resolve the issue.

Basically in short the template that I work with does get saved but is empty regardless if I save the whole page or sections. I have tried this on multiple sites. When trying to insert the saved template, it does not get inserted since it’s empty.

I would give your plugin 5 stars if it didn’t have this issue. Unfortunately this is a hugue issue that causes server overload. And yes, there are people that have reported it here in their reviews, and you have said the exact same thing to them (that nobody else has this problem). I will be happy to change it to 5 stars if you can fix the issue, since I really like your plugin, but this issue really needs to be fixed and I’m sure you agree.
