Howdy! The developer plugin installs other plugins into the plugins directory, so you’ll need to make sure that is also writable.

Did you set up the plugin with the correct keys?

Now I can see the playlist. When I copy the Spotify URI and try it on https://developer.spotify.com/technologies/spotify-play-button/ it also fails. It must be a problem with Spotify. Maybe their forums would be more helpful? https://community.spotify.com

It might depend a bit on your theme, but you should be able to target the widget itself with .widget_jb_spotify_widget. The actual widget is an iframe. What specifically are you trying to change?

Could you provide more information about your screenshot? What was the original input? Thanks!

When I load that playlist in Spotify, it tells me that the playlist is empty.

I actually wasn’t able to reproduce this error. With BuddyPress and Bulk User Management active I was able to create new users and blogs and all the proper emails went through.

A couple of things to check:

• Do you have the latest version of Bulk User Management?
• Do you have another plugin that could be causing this error?

If you’re sure that everything is up to date and there aren’t any other plugins active when the error happens, could you tell me exactly what steps to take in order to reproduce the error?
