In reply to: [EventON] Code showing above events in event listThank you! That resolved the issue.
Thank you for that update! It works beautifully!
@niksebastian that screencast looks fantastic! However, when using Chrome or Edge I’m still needing to click the Submit button multiple times before getting the ‘Thank you’ message.
Suggestions on getting the forms to submit the first time while using the Chrome and Edge browsers?
Thanks!
BrittanyThanks for reaching out @niksebastian! The site is now visible. I look forward to your suggestions.
Thank you!

In reply to: [WooCommerce Shipping & Tax] Setting up tax exemptions for specific statesThank you for the thorough explanation of how to setup the clothing tax exemption!
Does TaxJar not charge taxes on products until the Nexus threshold for the state is hit? I ask because I did a sample purchase in SD and taxes were not charged on any of the taxable items (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1WK405pD3DAO8d1lkeIwCX3aySKRXNMPG/view?usp=sharing)
Also, does TaxJar calculate taxes for other countries, too?
Thanks!

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Inline “Submit” buttonHello!
I’ve been editing the Feedback Form on the site and that is causing me some issues with the edited “SUBSCRIBE” form in the footer that was modified in this forum. I’ve been reading the Styling Contact Form you linked above, but am having difficulties specifying that only the email form by the SUBSCRIBE button is to be 60% width. On the Feedback From (linked in the footer), the email line there is now also 60% width.
There is a similar styling event happening with the SUBSCRIBE button and Send buttons in these two forms, too.
I’ve tried styling specific fields by using IDs (see below), but that hasn’t seemed to affect the buttons or email fields.
[submit “Send” id:Send-button]
#send-button
{
color: #f00;
font-size: 15px;
}
[submit “SUBSCRIBE” id:subscribe-button]
#subscribe-button
{
font-size:10px;
}What code suggestions do you have on how to remedy these styling issues?
Also, I’ve successfully changed the size of the placeholder fonts in all the fields except for the dropdown box and Phone Number box. How do I get the placeholder text in these fields to match the size of the placeholder text of the other fields?
Thank you!

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Inline “Submit” buttonThank you for your response, Takayuki!
This may be a silly question, but where do I add that style rule? I tried adding it to the Form itself, to the Additional Settings in CF7 plugin, and in the CSS of the theme with no luck.
This is what my form currently looks like:
[email* your-email placeholder “Email address*”][submit “SUBSCRIBE”]Thank you!
Sure!

In reply to: [Education Base] Left sidebar menus disappearedThank you for your response!
In my original post, I should have mentioned that the sidebars that disappeared were Custom Sidebars so various pages could have additional options. For example, the School Board page has School Board Minutes and Annual Budget Report in its Custom Sidebar. These Custom Sidebars used to follow the default Left Sidebar setting, but as of several weeks ago (again, no updates done for 2 months prior to the Custom Sidebars disappearing) they disappeared. Any suggestions on how to get these Custom Sidebars to follow the default sidebar location?
Sidenote – when I switch the default sidebar to Left Sidebar, the main sidebar menu (Sidebar Left) appears on all the pages so we no longer have the additional options like School Board Minutes and Annual Budget Report on the School Board page. (similar story with the other pages)
Thank you!

In reply to: [Education Base] Additional Right Side ButtonGood morning!
If it isn’t possible to add an additional Right Side Button in Header Top, please help me reduce the space between each Menu header so the “Live Events” menu item doesn’t bump into a second menu row. We LOVE the site we have been able to create with the Education Base template and can’t wait to add this additional button feature!
Thank you!

In reply to: [Business Epic] Slider heightThank you for the CSS code. I agree, if reducing the height of the images is possible, that is the way to go. However, when I reduced the height of the images so they were uniform, the theme increased the size of all the images to fill the slider making the images pixelate. Any thoughts on how to avoid the pixelating without adding CSS code?
Thank you!
Thank you, Acme Themes!
With the change of the default link color, the Calendar widget in the footer now appears to have missing numbers (the dates on which posts were published are now the same color as the footer). Is there a way to change the link color for only the Calendar widget? It would be great to have all the calendar numbers visible to website visitors.
Thank you!
Hi @kafleg –
Thank you for the plugin suggestion! I’m having difficulties with getting the slider in the theme header. If you have more specific directions on how to do so, I’d appreciate it.
Otherwise, how do I add a different heading picture in each page? (Ex: Academics has picture from Shop Class, Athletics has picture of team that recently went to state tournament, etc) I currently only see the ability to have 1 header picture for all pages or to randomize the header pictures (which may or may not coincide with the page it is displayed on).
Thank you!
