We have tried to replicate the issue on our staging server but unfortunately abandoned cart email and test email was looking fine in the mobile. Also, customer name appeared correct in the email.

I have tried all three short code related with name in the template “{{customer.firstname}}”, “{{customer.lastname}}”, and “{{customer.fullname}}”. You can check the screenshot of the same abandoned cart here: https://screencast.com/t/OW3FVCWvmgX

It is unlikely that customer name displayed on the desktop and it is not displayed in the mobile.

Can you please let me know in which mobile you have an issue? It would be great if you can share the screenshot of it.

Hi Khushboo,

Abandoned cart Lite version have only single setting named as “Cart abandoned cut-off time”, this setting allow you to set the cutoff time after which cart is consider as the abandoned cart.

Setting “Enable abandoned cart notifications” is only available in our Pro version of the plugin. There are many other settings which we provide for Pro version.

Thank you for sharing the screenshot of the issue.

Can you please let me know WordPress, WooCommerce and the Abandoned cart lite version active on your site? It looks like a conflict with the other plugin. Can you kindly follow the below steps to help identify the conflicting plugin.

1. Deactivate all the plugins except WooCommerce and the WooCommerce Abandoned cart lite plugin.
2. Please check if the issue is fixed.
3. If yes, then you can start activating the plugins one by one and see with which plugin is conflicting with our plugin.
4. If not, then can you please set the default WordPress theme and see if it helps fix the issue.

Hi Goran,

Abandoned cart lite version provide four shortcodes which will be replaced with the real data while abandoned cart email will be sent to the user.

You can add shortcode from “Email Body:” section of the add / edit template. Please see the below screenshot. The AC button can be used to insert the shortcodes. https://screencast.com/t/lttUc80n

Currently it is not possible with our order delivery date for woocommerce Lite version to translate the datepicker in different language.

Currently Abandoned cart Lite version is not compatible with the WPML plugins. So it does not support the Multilanguage for abandoned cart Lite version.
