Great, that is a relief, but it will be really great to have a an option to recalculate scores for all products! Anyways you are looking at the content in meta fields, so run that algorithm against the DB metadata fields and update the score in WordPress database based on that.

ok does score makes any difference to actual SEO activity on google search, or score is just for me to see how my content is doing? Because what I am thinking is, if i do not click and update each product to update the score, it still satisfies my intent of using SEO services.

yes do these below things
1) download all the code to your local and run a script to see which files contains this keyword or any redirect code and remove those
2) scan your DB, especially in “options” table usually hackers put redirect code
3) make sure to have your website redirect to https, enable that settings in your cpannel
4) Update all the plugins and remove unnecessary ones and try again editing your adds

And will you be able to tell me why wordfence is not showing this ? I scanned my website using wordfence, it shows all good, but when i compare it with sucuri i see my website is hacked! is there any settings which needs to be turned on?

Sure, let me try these above things and keep you posted on how it goes. But just an update today Google updated the status stating that my website has Malware software now and no bad links, but again nothing is coming up in my scans
