    I am having the exact same issue with my Stripe plug-in. Regular customers are coming to classes (I run a yoga school) and telling me they were unable to make an online purchase due to problems similar to that raised by bruschr at the beginning of this thread.

    I am the owner of the site with the issue, not the web developer, so I am not as tech savvy as the rest on this forum.

    I have had five customers tell me this in the past few weeks. The most common situation is that the green tick is coming up once credit card details and email address is typed in, but they are not being transferred to the thank you page and no payment is going through. Other problem descriptions are that the CVC number is being rejected, or the Stripe box ‘wiggles’ when they press the blue purchase button box. If the customer rings me with the problem I enter their details from my computer in the same way as they are doing it and it works. Also, other customers are not having any problems as other purchases are coming through.

    I have checked and do not have the plug-in WP Spam Shield installed.

    Is this original issue still being investigated? Are there any more updates on the potential cause of the issue?

    As already mentioned in this thread, it is a concern because I am only hearing from my regular clients about the issue. I am unsure how many new potential customers are having similar problems and just deciding to go elsewhere.
