Two hours later “Static page” is listed.

The Reading Settings have changed. “Static page” is no longer listed => https://snipboard.io/fwosXh.jpg.
Something new. This works! Thanks for clarifying!
To clarify further, the Theme is “Hello Elementor”.
I have the same problem with a second website.
Would you consider? Create a new website … Plugin: Elementor Website Builder … Theme: Hello Elementor … Delete other plugins, pages, etc … New Page: Edit with Elementor: Text Editor, etc. — to see if you get different results?
Here are my Home settings => https://snipboard.io/3MUk0A.jpg
I have only one Plugin => https://snipboard.io/ceQ9Ma.jpg
Setting the Theme to TwentySixteen centered the images in Edit Elementor and in the output => https://snipboard.io/eB9ZXQ.jpg
Switching the Theme back to Hello restores my images in Edit Elementor. This is why I use Hello. It never modifies my intent.
Nope, there are no error messages. The “Preview Changes” icon does display correctly. However, the https://ftcnd.foxping.com/ website always displays “Archives, Home, Welcome ….”, regardless of the changes.
When I exit Edit Elementor to Dashboard, and return to Edit Elementor, the changes that were made are still there. Nothing is lost.
To clarify, I create a page using Edit Elementor. This is the end result for https://ftcnd.foxping.com/wp-admin/ => https://snipboard.io/nbWCwr.jpg.
Then I update. This link [ redundant link removed ] looks like this => https://snipboard.io/j2SNzq.jpg, which is not the same as the Edit Elementor page.
This has worked for many years, for many websites. Any suggestions to fix?

Thanks for the useful link!
This is a start. Thanks.
There is a need for online courses. Every course would have two tables.
One table has course questions for each chapter. The second table is comprised of the student’s ID, links to the course question table, student’s answers, etc.
Is there an easy way to start with a new, blank database, then create tables, then create fields in each table?
