Hello @marcina1,
We recommend using an SMTP plugin for better email delivery.
Typically, emails can be sent either through your hosting provider’s email sending mechanism or by using an SMTP plugin. Since the cart abandonment plugin operates on top of WooCommerce, if you can send WooCommerce order emails without an SMTP plugin, the cart abandonment recovery emails should also be functional.
However, if you are experiencing issues and this functionality is not available, we suggest reaching out to your hosting support for further assistance. Alternatively, you can set up an SMTP plugin as recommended in this article: https://cartflows.com/docs/recovery-emails-not-sending/.
Let us know if we could be of any further assistance.
Hello @josssv,
Currently, our plugin does not support restricting allowed cards with the Payment Element; this feature is only available with the Card Element.
Stripe has introduced this functionality for the Payment Element in their beta version, but it is not yet available to all users.
We will implement this feature once Stripe releases it more broadly. For further details, please refer to the documentation: https://docs.stripe.com/payments/customize-payment-methods#filter-card-brands.
Let me know if you have any questions or concerns left unanswered as I would be more than happy to assist you further.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Cart Abandonment Recovery] Conversion Not TrackedHello @vegitoss3,
You can add UTM parameters to your recovery emails. Please refer to this screenshot for guidance: https://bsf.d.pr/i/84hM6f.
Try implementing this and let us know if it meets your requirements.
Looking forward to your feedback.
Hello @gagan123kumar,
I noticed that the abandoned cart functionality is not working on your checkout. Have you recently changed the theme or any other settings? Please try deactivating and reactivating the cart abandonment plugin. Also, check the plugin settings to ensure the “Enable tracking” option is enabled.
Additionally, please check for a theme or plugin conflict by temporarily switching to a default WordPress theme and deactivating other plugins except for WooCommerce, Cart Abandonment, and other required plugins. Check if the cart abandonment functionality works, and let us know the outcome. Please perform this debugging on your staging website.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hello @wordpresssites,
Currently, we do not have any functionality or suggestions available to display the payment buttons on a Custom Post Type (CPT) page. I will share this as a suggestion with our internal team. They will review it and plan according to feasibility and priority.
Thanks for your understanding.
Hello @contemplate and @alv212,
Our recent update includes the ‘Payment Element’ functionality. If you enable this option instead of the ‘Card Element’, you will see the ‘Flexible Payment Options’ title in the checkout payments section. However, you can easily change this title in the plugin settings. Please refer to this screen recording for guidance: https://bsf.d.pr/v/vX87g2.
Alternatively, as @alv212 suggested, you can switch back to the ‘Card Element’. Both options will not cause any issues with past subscriptions.
Hope this helps.
