On my version (update version 10.0.6) it is under Tools

After going thru the IE settings, I found Compatibility View checked under the Tools heading. I unchecked it and the problem went away. It looks like a recent update to IE actually set this parameter to an incorrect default, along with modifying some of the privacy settings I had established previously. Based on what I found, I will never use IE again.

Hopefully this will help get a response. I loaded Mozilla Firefox and when using it, the problem is not apparent. I can see my picture gallery and am able to insert new pictures. I suspect an issue in Internet Explorer that came as the result of an update. Has anyone else experienced this problem? I would rather use Internet Explorer, as Firefox seems to run very slowly.
