it seems like the plugin javascript file is not loading at front end.

It might be cache issue.
please clear the cache and test

• from cache plugin
• If available from server side cache, CDN cache.

After clearing the cache, if it has not worked, is it possible to test it by deactivating the cache plugin and test?

prefilled message is the text that appeared on WhatsApp chat window.
user need to manually send that message. plugin wont send the message directly.
