I think you uninstall the plugin,

if don’t like to keep active, when messenger is not loading, can create a Staging Site for testing purpose.

If it works when you change the page id ? then it may be reason some one report that messenger as spam or so..

It may be due to cache issue, please clear the cache and try again.

the WhatsApp address is added based on the device type

for mobile device it will navigate to whatsapp mobile app

and in web navigates to web app

yeah, we notice that, your message makes us happy

user can change the image size, that why we kept big image, but in v1.4 things changed a bit.

we are working for version 1.4,

in v1.4 – two type of images added ,now the .png image is ~20kb, and the similar image .svg version is added which is ~4kb

this happen for style-3.

and for style-4 also we will change the dimension and try to reduce the size ( current v1.4 beta-1, style-4 image size is ~20kb )

for style-4 just now reduced the image size, now the image size is ~ 2kb
will update this with v1.4

for testing i just now created a page, and added that new page id. its works fine.

we will try to find what that issue is.

if it was replaced with sdk.js it may works fine

i agree it’s not visible all the time, but when i checked in incognito window its worked fine, and it worked fine in a browse where Facebook is not logged in

i just made a video – after some time, this video is not visible to every one
