If you are using Multilingual plugins like WPML or Polylang please update or clear the number settings.

WPML / Polylang -> string translations – filter to ‘click to chat for WhatsApp’ and clear the number field old value.

Yes, we can set to display greetings dialog only after user clicks to chat.

‘Click to Chat’ -> ‘Greetings’ settings page and at ‘Additional settings’ section ‘Initial stage’ set to ‘Close’

Want to add greetings main content text dynamically?
We can use variables {site}, {title}, {url}.

Sorry, adding a link dynamically is not possible as of now. (we can add static links to greetings content)

Its really nice feature, we like to implement this feature.
e.g. {page_link} then it will add a page link with post title.

Now when user clicks on that element greetings dialog opens.

Is it possible to exclude the ‘app.js’ file to combine js files at Autoptimize cache plugin?

From Admin dashboard -> ‘settings’ -> ‘Autoptimize’ at JavaScript options – ‘Exclude scripts from Autoptimize’; please add ‘app.js’ in that input field and click on ‘save changes and empty cache’.

When combine all JS files as one file, one issue caused by another plugin causes issue to other js files.

Its a conflict issue. One of the theme or plugin added a background color to all SVG images.

(as cache plugin combined CSS files, we didn’t notice which plugin or theme caused that.)

Is it possible to add custom CSS code to fix this issue?

It might be a cache issue. Please clear the cache and test.

On desktop, its working because, as a logged-in user, a non-cached page might be loading.
