Exactly.

The item has been created during the process of your plugin.
Your plugin warned about deactivating any seo plugin or others that could “do” anything on product creation.
We didn’t deactivate Facebook for Woocommerce (didn’t think about it)
The product BeRocketSelectorTest27 now keeps popping un in the facebook catalogue even if there is NO SUCH product in woocommerce.

I thought you could know any trick about it ??

I have explained myself badly: the product “BeRocketSelectorTest27” is shown only on Facebook Catalogue, fetched by Facebook for woocommerce plugin, which was active, by mistake, when your plugin was running the “get selectors automatically” step.

Your plugin was warning us about “IMPORTANT: It will generate some products on your site. Please disable all SEO plugins and plugins, that doing anything on product creating.”

We disabled YOAST SEO but not Facebook for Woocommerce ending in some fake product being generated and fetched in the FB Catalogue (and shown in the paid adv!)

(I deleted the transient and regenerated the product table)

The issue has been known since November 2022 and I fond trace of it into one of our client’s backup made in March 2023.

Since the free versions of the plugins got the firewall rules and malware detection with 30 days of delay I ask you: how long have you known about this? Seems pretty recently to me if free versions have not been updated in this.

I know your team is pretty fast in responding on threats, so it would be great to know this info to evaluate some choice we make on the behalf of our premium customers.

I found that something has gone wrond during the initial sync, so my subscribers in MailC where not checked as subscribed in their profile in WooC

Also, my subscribers in MC who checked out as guests (so, with no profile in Woo) had no mailchimp_woocommerce_is_subscribed =1 in their orders

Long story short:
I was able to gather a list of their address (more than 1k)
I cannot resubscribe them in MailC (is forbidden)
I badly need them back
–> So I’m doing this:
1. for user with profile: I’m adding the check manually
2. for users with no probiule, I’m adding mailchimp_woocommerce_is_subscribed=1 in additional fields manually

This way seems that the are synced to the audience.

Is the only way I found since I’m in hurry.

Was an update this morninr with 2.7.6 version of the plugin, some fix was in the release note but I guess was not backward.. so..

If is there any better suggesion you can share, please do ??

In this case this subscribed user remains subscribed.

The transaction where a subscribed user is unsubscribed and set to transactional only is #23692
This user has an account in the store too (the problems doesn’t appear to happen with guest users).

You are right: WP CRON is disabled but there is a proper Cron Job running everi x minutes (as instructed by the Siteground hosting).

I guess we can close the ticket since there is no troubles anymore.

I deactivated the support enabling because I was not seeing the error anymore on my cronjob.
So I thought it was because of that check (on remote diagnosics).
But after a whole morning I’m not receiving the message anymore even with che filed dechecked.
So I’m activating it one more for you to see.
But I gess the problem was solved somehow.
If there is anything you see now (remote diagnostic enabled until tomorrow), please let me know ??

Hey Steve,
thanks for answering.
Enfold doesn’t support for third parts plugin.
Infact the problem goes away deactivating this plugin, so that would be not properly a theme problem.
And I get it.
I also get your answering about using your paid service.
I guess I have no better option than deactivating it ??
