Unfortunately I’ve deactivated your plugin, it got me a lot of problems.

Afterwords I’ve noticed it got my product attributes link into a loop and redirection to homepage.

Once I’ve deactivated it everything was back in place.

But thank you anyway, the idea of the plugin is great. Probably it has an incompatibility with another of my plugins.

Sure, it’s on https://iacess.pt/loja, you will see that I have the filter on the left side bar and the slider transformed into text boxes that you input numbers, from min to max. I’ve tried to see if there was a problem on css, but couldn’t find any explanation to it.

Hello Mr. Job, and what about “woocommerce_single: 416×0 pixels”, is there something that I can do to change that?

About the “products per row issue” I had tried first to change it on customizer, but it wasn’t working, the only solution was to change it trough functions.php. But that’s probably a problem on powerpack and not on the theme it self.

I’ve already regenerated all thumbnails and tried some snippets on functions.php, nothing worked.

On my store now I have – woocommerce_single: 416×0 pixels, but before the update, it was configured to 620×0 pixels

I would like to be able to change the image size, not only the ratio.

I’ve customized it thru child theme style.css page and storefront powerpack. The only option that I have on customize is Thumbnail cropping, it has effect on store catalog, but nothing happens on single product page.

Another thing that has changed was that the store catalog wasn’t enabled to display with 3 rows, but I’ve corrected that with a snippet on functions.

That was their reply that’s why I’ve putted between “”.

I’m sorry for the late response, I’ve being trying to find out a solution.
I’ve tried both plugin you said was compatible to the premium version, but they don’t attend our needs as they are really limited on the configuration of the extra options.

I’ve asked for their help (themecomplete) and they’ve replied the same as you:
“I’m sorry but the current plugin isn’t support at all along with any quote plugin. Those types of plugins need to add compatibility on their own side due to the way quote plugins work. So far only the “Request for quote plugin for Woocommerce” (https://woocommercequoteplugin.com/) is compatible and this is because its author added compatibility.

Also, note that we don’t affiliate with any of those developers so should you have any issues or question regarding compatibility you should contact them.”

I didn’t wanted to try another rfq plugin as I like yours and your support.

I can only buy your plugin when i’m sure that it will work with the extra options, unfortunately our business (wheelchairs and other rehabilitation products) demands a lot of options as they have to attend to the user’s needs and we really needed this to work.

Is that a way for me to give you access to the plugin?

Hello Kevin! As usual, a great support from you! I’ve already put the code on functions and it’s working perfectly, thank you very much!

When page builder is activated the tab won’t work, on my page you can see that as the “downloads” tab, the main content that was made with the page builder layout and that’s what it shows instead of the content created on product admin’s Custom Tab, that was link to download documents.
