In reply to: [HubSpot for Gravity Forms] Create Hubspot ticket by gravity formsHi,
Unfortunately we have stopped all development and support of the plugin at this time and no longer recommend using it. If you need Hubspot integration with GF we recommend moving to the built in support in newer versions of GF.Thanks,

In reply to: [HubSpot for Gravity Forms] HubSpot OAuth token changes – HELPHi Nicole,
I appreciate the tip about the Oauth access, but unfortunately we have stopped development and any support on the plugin at this time. I understand there are difficulties with migration to the built in functionality, but I’m afraid we have no solutions to assist with that. Thanks,

In reply to: [HubSpot for Gravity Forms] is this plugin dead? Latest version doesn’t workHey calzo,
Gravity Forms has developed their own integration with HubSpot which has led to us making the hard decision to halt support of our plugin. We recommend you check out their integration as we have no planned updates in the immediate future.
Thanks,
Kevin

In reply to: [HubSpot for Gravity Forms] assign contact ownerHi Butteryak,
Currently our plugin does not support setting the Contact Owner on submission, I would recommend setting up a workflow in HubSpot to take care of this if you are using custom fields.
Otherwise Gravity Forms has released their own HubSpot Add-On that has this functionality with the caveat being their Add-On doesn’t support custom fields.
Thanks,

In reply to: [HubSpot for Gravity Forms] Country Not MappingHi Alyssa!
HubSpot’s Country property typically defaults to the Single line text field, if you convert it to a dropdown and load the default country options in HubSpot the only way to confirm the values match up with Gravity Forms would be to create a new Dropdown field in Gravity Forms with the same options and internal values as the HubSpot options.
If you need the options in Gravity Forms to match HubSpot then I would recommend going with the above solution.
Otherwise the default values of the Country dropdown in Gravity forms will send the proper value to the default Country Single line text field in HubSpot.
Thanks,

In reply to: [HubSpot for Gravity Forms] “Disable Cookie Tracking” broken in version 4.2Hey there Taylor,
I’ve gone ahead and logged the issue in our backlog and will work with my developers to get a fix out for this with our next release. Thanks for bringing it to our attention. I don’t have a general timeline for that right now but will keep you updated with any news.

In reply to: [HubSpot for Gravity Forms] Showing ‘Views’?Hey there mancat,
Currently we don’t have that functionality built into the plugin, we have it on our backlog to tackle as an added feature for an upcoming release though! I’ll let you know when I have more information on the timeline for that.
Thanks,

In reply to: [HubSpot for Gravity Forms] 401 Response from Hubspot?Hey ruihangio,
Sorry about the delay, some staffing changes resulted in a drop in support which we’re getting started back up again. Are you still experiencing issues with a 401 from HubSpot’s API? If I’m not mistaken HubSpot had some technical issues around the time of your issue which probably resulted in that response.
We released a new version of the plugin today to fix some outstanding issues, if you still experience the 401 response I’d be happy to work with you on a solution.
Thanks,

In reply to: [HubSpot for Gravity Forms] Gravity Forms edit field options not workingHey outduredev,
We released a new version of the plugin today (version 4.2) which fixed a few outstanding errors. If you still run into your issue after updating I’d be happy to get more details and work on a fix for you. Sorry about the delayed response as we’ve transitioned devs and restarted support for the plugin!
Thanks,

In reply to: [HubSpot for Gravity Forms] PHP 7.2 OptimizationHey David,
We released version 4.2 of the plugin today which fixed a few issues, one of which was PHP 7.2 Compatibility warnings. We’ve fixed the majority of those and are aware of one more which will be taken care of in an upcoming release. In the mean time that warning does not affect the functionality of the plugin.
Thanks,

In reply to: [HubSpot for Gravity Forms] Conditional Logic with DropdownsSorry for the delay we had some organizational changes which unfortunately resulted in a drop of support for the plugin which we’re working on ramping back up again.
In testing this issue we’ve been unable to recreate in an environment running PHP 7.2 and Gutenberg. If able to provide more insight into your environment using a plugin such as https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/debug-info/ it’d be a great help for us in getting it solved.
Thank you all for your patience.

In reply to: [HubSpot for Gravity Forms] Hubspot Conditional FieldsHey winterpk,
The form does show conditional fields in the Feed section, I believe. I can confirm. But I do know that even if it does, it’s quirky about “required” fields that are conditional.
