I also notice issue in PayPal order result as cancelled but on PayPal is done. Before update all order payed with PayPal result confirmed.
Anyone have solution?

As for the last two questions tell you that soon I can implement CSS class and add the options to remove columns or tables that you want.

For the first question I have to thank the other hand, because it is a good idea, I will try to implement a column for the quantity as soon as possible so you could also avoid the annoying page refresh.
