Hi Thank you for the reply. I don’t get a transaction number, but I do get the email from woocommerce saying the transactions was successful, also after checking out, I do get redirected to the page that says the transaction was succcessful. I looked in the unsettled transaction, but there is nothing there. it does look like the transaction never actually makes it to authorize.net. Is there any logs we can check to see if we can find the problem?
BTW, I’ve also tried the lightweight plugin and saw the same issue.
