In reply to: [Simple Share Buttons Adder] ICONS NOT SHOWING UP INSIDE POSTSCan I get some help on this please? I do not want any floating share icons. I purchased the premium version to simply get access to more icons like WhatsAPP. However, it appears to be an entirely different layout which only allows me to use floating icons instead of embedded icons inside of my WP posts/pages much like the free version. Is this the case?

In reply to: [Simple Share Buttons Adder] Update Breaks Many pluginsHas anyone heard from the developer? It’s been three weeks since I’ve sent out some emails regarding our paid version and zero response yet.

In reply to: SEO Analysis Shows no H1 or H2 tags on WP Site? The theme developer is MIA. I took a look at the theme’s header PHP and it appears to include calls to H1 and H2 tags on pages and posts. So I am confused, unless there is a character out of place in that php script that I am not seeing.

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Auto-responder / "TO" field issuesI too am experiencing issues with Contact 7 today that I never faced for the past few years I used it. I am now getting the following error in the TO field today, where it never showed up as an error for the past few years I used this plugin. The plugin now has issues with the [recipient]. I provide the visitors with a drop down list of multiple email recipients, so I can’t specify a singular name in this field. Why is this error popping up for the first time? Could this be a plugin glitch that has surfaced this week and requires an update from the developer?

To [recipient]
This field has syntax errors.
We have been having the same issue as well on three different WordPress sites. This issue has just recently surfaced.
The other issue is with the keyword not appearing in the subheading

You have not used your focus keyword in any subheading (such as an H2) in your copy.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Problem with UpdateFYI – I checked our server log and can’t retrieve any errors that would point to this. My next step was to contact GoDaddy and they stated there is nothing in our server that would restrict us meeting the first two criteria on Yoast’s link:
1.Your server can’t connect to other servers at all
2.Your server has a whitelist of servers it’s allowed to connect to, in this case, adding onpage.org would fix thatSo this still begs me to ask, could this possibly be a plugin bug if we aren’t able to identify any issues on our server? What are our next step or should Yoast be going back to the drawing board to verify whether it may have missed a viable bug.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Problem with UpdateWe’re also running into the fetching issue and followed the next step to manually register on OnPage’s site. The only problem is that after getting an email verification email, OnPage stated that it would send an additional email with login details. The login details email has not arrived in the past couple hours.
This recent update appears to be causing more agita than calm. I would just like to know if these errors are pointing to legitimate server error or a plugin bug.
By the way, the OpenPage login site notification pop-ups are all in German.

In reply to: Post Permalink Problem Just in Google Search Results Not BingSo did deleting the old .xml only allow your post to show temporarily? I am running Google XML Generator, Google Analytics by Yoast, and Metapack SEO. They should not be in conflict with one another. I also noticed that some post going back 2 years ago show up on Google search, but not anything in the past year, even on Bing. So something must have caused this interruption in my case.
What I am curious about is whether all my old post will hit the search engines if this issue ever gets fixed. I have well over 2,000 post and they all still bear some relevance. I would assume the bots would still hit the older post and publish them.

In reply to: Post Permalink Problem Just in Google Search Results Not BingI am having the same issues. However, I am not sure the thread creator’s resolution was a universal one. I can’t locate any old site map files on my server.
I am also seeing an issue with the default query strings showing up when shared on my Twitter feed, instead of my custom ones.
Please advise https://www.inceptionradionetwork.com
Twitter: i_r_nYou’ll notice Twitter shows the ?p=xxxxxxxxxn query string, but once you click on the link, it shows the correct custom post name on my website. So somehow, Google is only pulling the default permalinks and not my custom postname.

In reply to: /wp-admin/post.php turns to blank page every updateThis does not seem to be an issue for me. I have gone through every .php file in WP and they all seem to be intact without any preceding or trailing spaces. At this point, the edit.php, post.php, all return a blank page. Although, the actions are always executed, but the update, publish,or activate action is not returning to its previous page.
I also have this issue when I activate a plugin. No errors show up in my server log and no error messages show up in the browser after setting Debug to true. Even disabling all my plugins do not help.
Any ideas?

In reply to: Content Missing In Single-PostUPDATE: The developer got in touch with me and appended a couple codes to the single.php script and now the issue has been resolved. I was alerted that they would send an update through WordPress as a result of this.
Thanks for the help Kmes-

In reply to: Content Missing In Single-Posthmm.. That was my next guest. I was trying to remember when the troubles begin, whether it was before or after the latest WP release. I have written the developer, but have gotten no responses in the past 3 days now.
So because this theme worked a few weeks ago and now it’s having single post issues, is this a theme developer’s responsibility to look into it? WP states that the theme is compatible. I wonder if this may be a WP 3.2.1 bug if these features worked with all the previous releases of WP.

In reply to: Content Missing In Single-PostSo is this something that can be rectified? If so, when and where do I make the modifications? Thanks for looking into it thus far.
