have resolved, ( well with developer assistance)…partially…
his summary was

“the issue was caused from the plugin called Advanced Custom Fields which is one you had installed on your wordpress website. This has nothing to do with the web host itself. Sometimes a update is made to a plugin that can crash the website as it did in this case or if there is a wordpress update that the plugin doesn’t conform to it can also crash the website.
So in this case I had debugged it and found out that this was the plugin causing the issue so I deactivated it and got the site working again.”

still ironing out bugs which prevent my email working..

I’m trying to navigate my way around the phpmyadmin page without much lick / understanding of where to look / cant find the wp-config.php to edit

as much as I know yes, that was the website created by web-desginer, and did work previously

Here’s screen shots from my comms with Smarty host, which outlines my request, after purchasing the “.com.au” domain, to point it at my working “.com” domain…
after that – it stopped working!

the site was working fine initially, I have not changed anything on the site .

I requested that the addittional domain I recently purchased from smartyhostwww.grafaway.com.au be directed to the .com site

Please review and respond urgently, as I’m in a business development drive and the site has to work

My site https://www.grafaway.com
was working smoothly up until about a month age, then I added a new domainhttps://www.grafaway.com.au and requested my hosting service – Smarty Host AU – to point that new domain at the existing .com site.
Now I cannot access site or admin Panel link and my email has failed.
Please – need urgent help to resolve

Try manually resetting your plugins (no Dashboard access required). If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the cause.
If that does not resolve the issue, access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the default theme to activate and hopefully rule-out a theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).
