Hi
Sorry for the late response.
It doesn’t work, but I think it comes from the website and not from your plugin.
A solution has been found with the owner of the site: using flat rates directly on Merchant Center. It’s not great, but it suits him.Thank you very much for your help and your involvement in finding a solution!
Hi,
I had to change the name of the plugin folder to disabled when the site was inaccessible, I didn’t even have access to the admin panel anymore.
Yes, I’m on the latest version of the plugin (8.2.7).
I have the impression that it doesn’t really lock at 0% but that it takes a very long time (like 10-15 minutes whereas the xml file is not very big).
In the meantime, the site is not accessible. Anyway, it doesn’t matter how long it takes as long as it works. There’s still a problem with the shipping zones I think.
I didn’t change shipping zones and methods:- Zones list: https://framapic.org/3Y9nZo4w073j/kmX6ZojyZWYu.png
- Zone example: https://framapic.org/inZVciLGJxnW/KZAiwGKJGYyS.png
- Table Rate example: https://framapic.org/VLPwJCOvmj4N/PZfGuKtk22kt.png
Except for the shipping zone “zone 01”, I put a very simple condition:
- Zone 01 : https://framapic.org/A0mJkywdMZJd/rOoZzj32PAzy.png
- Table Rate with a simple condition (Weight less than 10 -> 100€) : https://framapic.org/ioJS25wv0cq1/ftAiO9sgxPXr.png
- Products in feed :
– product weight < 10 : https://framapic.org/fTLYJUMbDiQL/Cs9aukfKs6cO.png (price=114 because there is a shipping tax of 14%.)
– product weight > 10 : https://framapic.org/5Clgxs5C8v4k/ylzz7JjeOtVa.png
As you can see, it works well for “zone 01” but the prices for all other zones take the same value.
I tried to delete “zone 01” to see the result in the feed:

Shipping prices for all zones are “EUR 0”. Not even “EUR 0.00” as in the previous screenshots when the condition worked.I have the impression that only “zone 01” was taken into account.

On the real site, prices remain at 0€. And sometimes, when I refresh the feed, it stays blocked at 0% and I can’t access any page of the site anymore. I have to delete the plugin folder by FTP.
I absolutely don’t understand what’s going on.On the local site, it works!
But in the feed, only one option in the Table Rate is taken into account.
And also, if I put both a Table Rate and a Flat Rate for a shipping zone, all the prices will be the Flat Rate, even for the Table Rate.Translated with https://www.DeepL.com/Translator (free version)
Hi,
I uninstalled the plugin and deleted the folder \wp-content\uploads\woo-product-feed-pro.
The error message on the local site seems to come from the PHP version.
With PHP 7.4.0 there are these kinds of error messages:
(!) Notice: Trying to access array offset on value of type bool in C:\wamp64\wwwww\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\woo-product-feed-pro\pages\admin\woosea-manage-feed.php on line 60
On the “Create feed” page( ! ) Notice: Trying to access array offset on value of type bool in C:\wamp64\www\wordpress\wp-content\plugins\woo-product-feed-pro\pages\admin\woosea-generate-feed-step-1.php on line 199
On the “Category mapping” page of a feed. But with version 7.3.12 there are no error messages.
I will try on the real site and give you some feedback.
Uninstalling and deleting the folder \wp-content\uploads\woo-product-feed-pro is enough?
