Was this issue ever resolved? It seems to be similar to the issue that I am having that I posted about today. I didn’t start having issues until I uploaded a large quantity of images to one gallery.

Appreciate if you can share what the solution was if one was found. I am still using the free version but was going to buy if the pluging works as expected.

Thanks again! I took your advice and created a child theme as per the tutorial. I had already started to make some css and template changes on my original theme files, so I set them back to original and used the new child_theme to enter all my edits. As far as the header image and the mobile menu that I wanted to get rid of; I found the easiest way was to just remove the whole #masthead which contained both elements. Appreciate the great advice!
