Thank you for your review.But did you open a support ticket first in the support forum regarding the issue that you were facing?We would have helped you there first and still if you couldn’t get any support there then it would have become more logical to give us a straight forward negative rating.

Please share your backend screenshot and we will try to help you with the issue if you are still using our plugin.

There are already many numbers of plugin users which are using this plugin without any issue and before submitting the plugin to WordPress also, we do test our plugin and still its completely working for us.

We make free plugins and if the plugin works well then people don’t bother to give the positive rating at all and they may be one of the settings is not configured well and plugin doesn’t work and people just bang with 1 star rating which doesn’t motivate us at all to contribute more for the open source community.
