Worked it out myself, thanks anyway.

To the community – please ignore this, I have now worked it out.

Apologies, I just figured out how to do it. I was trying to click on the toggle button itself – in the mobile view.
I realised there is a ‘toggle button’ colour option under the transparent header and this is where I need to choose the colour.
It is working!
