The Hot Products comes from the widget TG: Product Grid. You will have to remove the widget in order to remove Hot Products.

In order to change the view only for mobile, you will need to customize the theme’s code by creating a child theme. Please check this article to know about child theme: https://themegrill.com/blog/tutorial-creating-wordpress-child-theme/

We’re sorry for the unpleasant experience you had. We already have a documentation where we have differentiated the sections of the theme along with the customizing options available for them, category wise.

Example: If you go to this link: https://docs.themegrill.com/colormag/docs-category/header/, you can see that we have a category named Header which includes all the header options available in the theme along with it’s customization options.

I would also like to thank you for pointing this out. We take feedbacks of our users seriously and we believe that the documentation can be made better by following your suggestion. We will release an article explaining about Primary Header in detail and improve other articles as well, as soon as possible.
