    Hi Clayton and Jamie,

    Thanks so much for looking at that for me. On the Homepage, the section that says “Home” should not be there, the images should be three across and there should be no excerpt or “read more” button. There’s quite a few issues on the post pages also.

    This morning I included some Javascript on the post pages from the Yummly website to incorporate their version of a share button. I think this broke W3 Total Cache as it immediately popped with a cacheing error and that’s when this whole mess began. I’ve since deleted W3 Cache including all the cache files via FTP but the site issues haven’t resolved themselves….

    Thanks for the answer. I had another play around with it this morning and it was a problem with the div tags in one of my sidebar widgets. Sorted that out and the footer went back to where it was supposed to be…..

    Appreciate your help, it got me looking in the right place (ie. footer in sidebar search.) ??

    Give this a try:

    #front-columns h2 {font-size: 90px;}

    Hope that’s what you’re after….

    Just a quick note, I wouldn’t make changes to the theme files directly if I were you. You’ll lose them next time the theme updates. Using a child theme or the Custom CSS function in your theme options would be a better idea ??

    I’ve managed to fix this. If anyone comes looking for an answer to a similar problem, it’s because I had different designations for line height between hover and non-hover states. It was a simple matter of making them both the same in my Custom CSS.

    Oh, gosh. I’m so silly, why didn’t I think of that? That’s got it. Thanks very much for your help ??

    Hi alchymyth,

    Thanks for getting back to me. Yes, I’m adding it to the Child Theme – learned the hard way not to change theme files ??

    I gave that a go, cleared all caches, refreshed screen and still not holding. I can’t understand why this isn’t working, driving me nuts…..

    Yayyyyyyyy *Happy Dance* Thanks so very much. I’ve had a play about with some bits and pieces you provided and this is the one that works, in chrome at least:

    .homepage_pane h3.post-title > a {
        display: block;
        margin: 0 auto;
        width: 60%;}

    .clearfix:before {display: none;}

    .homepage_pane {text-align: center;}

    .homepage_pane > a {display: block;}

    I can’t thank you enough, this has been driving me bananas since yesterday morning. Thanks again and Happy New Year ??

    I did forget to change it, thanks for the reminder! However, now that it’s changed it’s pushed the columns out to two instead of three….

    @lamosty, that’s exactly what I want (except maybe spread the text over two lines, but first thing’s first!!). I’ve tried your CSS but it’s not coming out the same way for me as it has for you. I’m guessing there might be a conflict somewhere.

    I’ll have a play about with it all in my Child There / Firebug and if I can’t figure it out I’ll pop back here.

    Really grateful for your help ??

    Tried the other two solutions with no joy. Give me a sec and I’ll give this last one a go. ??

    Oh, awfully sorry. I wasn’t clear at all was I? Teach me to start work at 6:30am on New Years Day…….

    It’s the text underneath the Recent Recipe images on the home page, “Apple Mango Grapefruit Juice”, “Orange Mango Ginger Smoothie” etc.

    The screenshot is here.

    Thanks very much for your help and Happy New Year ??

    Hey,

    I just published a post this morning and it all worked just fine. The two posts that I previously mentioned were both scheduled posts, so I guess it might just be isolated to scheduled. This is a little weird in and of itself though, as scheduled posts used to work just fine for me.

    Anyhow, next time I schedule a post I’ll see what happens and will leave it for you to look at.

    Cheers,

    Sharon ??

    Thank you both for taking the time to have a look for me.

    I was a little worried about the design being a bit out of date. I’m glad you confirmed that for me, fatal0034. I love my theme and I think they’re releasing a new updated look soon so I’ll wait for that and see how I can use that to modernise it a bit.

    Ralph, I’ll have a play about with the image sizes later today and see how I can make it all a little less busy.

    Thanks again to you both. ??

    Hi Brandon,

    Sorry I forgot to post my URL. Here’s the link to my site, and the two posts in question are here and here.

    For some reason, Facebook has started to pull the image from this page and pop it on all my FB Publicise posts.

    Thanks for your help.

    Sharon

    Hmmmm, I’m not 100% sure…. However I did find this and this for you, though. Maybe that will help….

    You could also try searching the Big Brother Theme forums. Using my theme’s forum was where I learnt most of what I needed to know to customise my theme ??
