    Accessed via FTP and corrected. The issue seems to have been caused by the update prior to the latest Cheope upgrade.

    I switched to an alternative template and it has crashed the site. I cannot access the site or login for maintenance. I have asked my hosting provider to restore the site. Makes me nervous to try any other actions.

    I am very disappointed with the product. The need to configure the cart by CSS which will require updating every time you so an update. Lack of Store or Checkout on the product page when purchasing. The worst aspect is that it is NOT responsive on phones and no one has suggested a date,

    Just not acceptable when 50% of my clients use a phone. I feel your web site should warn of this but of course it does not,

    I fully realise I am out of the time period for a refund bt would ask you to consider this as this has cost me so much already and will cost more to fix.

    One of the main issues is the lack of responsive on the shopping cart. Testing on the iphone the shopping cart does not adjust to screen size. I have a screen shot of issues we are trying unsuccessfully to fix on the shopping cart which I had thought would be easy to fix with the Gold plug in but cannot do. Is there any way to send this to you?
