The same thing happened a few weeks ago, https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/when-site-is-down/. This is due to the Kraken site going down. You can not access their API while the site is down, so the plugin will not work until the site is back up.

This is ridiculous though. The second time in 3 weeks? I am done with Kraken after this.

I was able to disable it on all of my sites via the plugin screen without any issues.

This is unacceptable. I use this plugin on hundreds of sites and now every single one can not upload any media. I now have to go disable the plugin hundreds of times to solve the issue. Completely unacceptable. This is going to make me stop using Kraken altogether.

I having the same problem as everyone else.

I have used this plugin on dozens of sites and this is the first time I have ever seen this happen. It seems to be working now, but it does worry me for all of the other sites it is installed.

That new code seems to have worked. I appreciate all of the help!

Any updates on this? I have a client that is still asking about this feature.

Yes, the post I was trying to exclude does have multiple categories. That was one of my original thoughts as to why it wasn’t being excluded from the list. I tested removing all categories other than the one I want to exclude and it still didn’t work.

I am having the same issue. Rolled back to ACF 5.5.3 and it works again.

I am running PHP 7.
I’ve tested it in both Firefox and Chrome.
The settings for the field are: hard crop, custom target size, force crop, save to media, return value is Image URL.

I had included the URL in my previous post, but it was overlooked. I solved the issue though. Turns out that one of the Javascript files I was enqueuing through my functions file was causing a conflict. It was a file I didn’t need, so I just commented it out. I don’t know why that only happened on the live server and not the test server though, but everything is working now.

I have configured the plugin to send email via SMTP. If you send a test email through the plugin, it works. But if I try to submit a form through the site, I never receive it. I am using Contact Form 7 for the forms.

I was able to figure this out.

I tried setting this up again today, and I did everything the same as before, yet it worked this time. I have no idea why, but at least it is working now.
