Thanks for your help. Apparently they haven’t fixed yet so if I get a chance I’ll follow up there.
In the meantime, I’ll use their workaround.
Hi Patrick,
I to have been testing with the debugger activated…and I cannot reproduce the problem that occurred.
I thank you for your help. If I get more information or track a future repeat of the problem, I’ll come back.

BillHi Nebu John,
I did this yesterday but unfortunately the event is completed. There won’t be any further submissions. We’ll need to wait for a new opportunity to use Forminator or convert a form from another form plugin that is still being used.
Thank you,
BillHi Dimitris,
It’s a simple form so the process is straightforward and I’m not sure what I could offer to expand on the steps. Visitors fill out the form and then redirected to the thank you page.
When a visitor submits the form, they are subscribed to the newsletter and tagged. This is working with new subscribers.. New subscribers are added to the newsletter list and tagged correctly.
The problem is only occurring If someone is already subscribed to the newsletter. Many who are signing up for this event are already subscribed to the newsletter, and they are the ones not getting the new tag added.
Also these already subscribed folks have other tags because of submitting past forms for other events.
In short:
New subscribers = Works perfectly
Existing subscribers = Npt getting the new tag added.Thank you for your help!
BillThank you Patrick.
I have done so as per your instructions.

BillHi,
Thank you for your help.
I’ve uploaded the form export to Google Drive but not keen on posting the link here. How do I get it to you?

BillHi Hardeep,
Thanks for looking into this and finding the source of the issue. Glad my report was useful.
For now, until you’ve rolled out a fix, instead of disabling the CSS module, I’ll use the admin area add-on I outlined in my earlier reply. Hopefully WP will add the admin area for reusable blocks to the core.
Thanks again for your great plugin and for your help here solving the issue.
Regards,
BillHave done so Hardeep.

BillHello Hardeep,
Thank you for your reply.
Uninstalled, cleaned cache and reinstalled. Problem has persisted with a fresh install of Otter Blocks
All of the sites we’re using Otter Blocks on are running the latest version of WordPress, 5.6. I am a designer and maintain our client’s site so keep everything up-to-date manually.
Because the client sites are live and critical layouts are using Otter Blocks I am testing fixes at a sandbox installation. I disabled all plugins except Otter Blocks and tested with default theme (2021), Astra, and GeneratePress. Same error. Wanted to make certain this wasn’t a plugin or theme conflict.
If you want a login to my sandbox, let me know.
Since posting here I have discovered the block is being saved even though the save animation will not go away. So I click on the “convert to normal block” and that’s the only way to stop the save button animation. When I navigate to “manage reusable block”, the new block is present but without the name. In the reusable blocks admin I can name it and save it.
Interim fix (or workaround) is I’ve installed a function to provide an admin button for “Reusable Block”. Instead of creating them while working on a page or post, I am creating them from the Reusable Blocks admin area (like a post or page) and dropping them into a page.

BillHello,
Thank you for your response.Activating another theme is not an option on a busy site with a ton of custom code!
We’re using X theme with their Cornerstone layout builder. They’ve both had several updates in the last week and the depreciated notices are now gone.
Odd that it would show up as Side Cart issue.
Case closed and thanks again.

Correction: API keys entry for allowed domain should have read:
*domainname.org/*
I generally remember to remove the domain name but was rushed. Anyway it should have a /* on the end.
The JavaScript API is working fine. It’s only the Geocoding not working and it’s registering “100% errors for the method”.
Thank you,
BillHi Ian,
We’re experiencing the same issue at our site. Old/existing maps are still working on the public view. Cannot add a new placemark, only text part of entry is working and editing an existing map location in a placemark post results in a error: Request Denied.
Checked our Google API keys and they are correct and credit card is up-to-date. API’s for Maps Javascript and Geolocation are enabled. Domain is enabled with a wildcard – *palestineportal.org.

This is helpful. Perhaps it would be something you could add to interface instructions?
Where could I find documentation? We have a premium license (you answered my ticket there) and I am unable to find documentation anywhere whether logged in or not.

In reply to: [GeneratePress] Affiliate help – password reset not workingHi Leo,
Thanks for your swift reply.
I was able to access on my 4th attempt, so won’t be contacting support at this time. Good to know for future reference though!
I cleaned out my cache, cookies etc. so perhaps it was holding a session cookie or sumpin. (As Rosanna Rosannadanna used to say, “dere’s ahways sumpin”)
Case closed.

BillThank you Scott,
I know the API allows this and would suggest you still consider adding this as an option.
I tested with a real Canadian card instead of the test card numbers and it was working okay with the Canadian Postal Code. Customer asked me to hide it completely. In the meantime I will explain it being a security feature. If they still demand it hidden, I will have them log into their account and post it to the pro support area.
Thanks again,
Bill
