With a little documentation or help I think I might have managed but without that you need to be a coder and that I am not.

I was so angry I didn’t even ask for my money back because I didn’t what to have to deal with the nitwit developer.

My plugin was not FREE! I paid you for it last week! Why does it not download automatically like all other plugins. And there are no help pages because you don’t offer any help.

I just updated a couple of plugins today so my “credentials” are just fine.

I am not asking for support I am asking why your plugin isn’t installing.

If this is the way you are going to treat me please know right away that I will write to Word Press and anyone else I have to, to get your plugin and unhelpful manner out of their recommended plugins.

I have no intention of investing hours of work in your nonfunctional plugin if its not going to work.

That worked and it is now recognizing the words in the recipe. Thanks for the help.

I have another question. In the theme I use there is a global search but when I try and search for one of the words in the Knowledge base it comes up 404. Have I missed something in the settings?

Oh by the way – bought your plugin today!

Ok, I thought I knew what you meant but when I do it I keep getting 2 widgets for the price of one! I have spent one hour on this and I have put in the widget 10 times and it keeps changing the position of the text so that 2 widget windows are visible???????? It can’t be that complicated and your help page isn’t helping.

The slice show in the widget:

Will not insert itself into the widget no matter what I do!

Hi Gillian, I pasted in the links as you wrote them and now there are no slide shows at all.

When you say metadata exactly what do you mean. I have put up the slides and filled in all the info the plug in asks for. What info does the line need?

Morning, Sorry I haven’t been back to you sooner. I have been away for a couple of weeks but I am back now. The slugs seem right, on the home page main content the meteor text reads

[meteor_slideshow slides=”main-page-slides” metadata=”metadata”]

for widget 1 the text reads [meteor_slideshow slides=”canape-page-slides” metadata=”metadata”]

The slideshows should be separate but they blend into one.

There is something with this Responsive Theme. I am just getting started learning WordPress but I read instructions and then try them and almost every time they don’t work. Makes it very frustrating – seems Responsive has a mind of its own. ?? It may be above what my tiny brain can handle but I will crack this theme if it kills me. It’s become a challenge!

I’m afraid it is set at 0.

It took a few minutes to figure out just where to put the code but after a bit of trial and error it’s resolved.
