Figured it out, there was a template in the page attributes chosen that removes the header and footer.

Had to manually refresh the feed. oops

I deleted the plugin and created my own mobile-friendly version. So I don’t know if it has been fixed.

Thanks for the suggestion, Emilio. Unfortunately, re-saving the permalink settings did not change anything.

Yes, that is correct. That’s great news!

I am getting the name and email address, but there are products in the order that aren’t marked as “no shipping req” Seems like that should be fixed.
I removed the option from the ebook for now.

I’m not getting either address. The express button is on the cart page.
All orders have two products, one is an ebook. So that product is marked as no shipping needed. But the other products don’t have any of those 3 options marked.

ok. So now I get the re-activeate and cancel links showing up under most of the orders that are on hold, but not all of them. And the active subs, don’t have links under them to put them on hold or cancel them. Is that normal?

My custom checkbox on the order form also stopped working, and it only shows the default checkbox for saving card info for future orders.

I was having this problem, I updated the framework, and it seems to be working now.
