Permanent redirects only open up in same page as best as I can figure…
If you want links to open new/blank windows…
Whenever you create a new post or page, you’ll find the form fields below the WYSIWYG Editor to create Temporary redirects that can open in new windows…
I haven’t tried it yet… but the only idea that comes to mind… is to create a page that doesn’t appear in your nav bar/menu… create your links via the WYSIWYG and form fields; then, using those links you created… create ‘Pages’ with the same Url as your redirects…
