Have you tried to use the “Loco translate” button “Sync”
to update UM English source to use for your language translations:

The plugin is not fully translated to Turkish. You’ll need to translate some texts manually. See current translation process here: https://translate.www.ads-software.com/locale/tr/default/wp-plugins/ultimate-member/

Install the Turkish language first. Go to wp-admin > Settings > General and use the Site Language setting to switch the site language to “Türk?e”, save changes. WordPress will download and install language files for the WordPress core, a theme and plugins.

Once language files are installed you can use the “Loco Translate” plugin to edit these files in the WordPress dashboard. I recommend you sync the existing language file with the original before you start to edit it. Just click the “Sync” button.
