Here are two screenshots of the behavior I’m talking about. This is with Chrome browser on the home page.

This shows the gap at the footer when scrolled to the right.

It works now as expected but it’s weird that I had to turn it off instead of on as you suggested.

Actually, the option was checked and, to make it work, I had to turn it off.

@lapzor why would an adblocker block your tracking script? Where are you trying to connect to and what information is transferred?

I tried a few things and after deselecting and reselecting “Show Seach Icon” in the customizer the search magnifying glass showed up.

No further action needed!

I’m not quite sure if I understand your question “Where To Find The Plugin In CMS”. The plugin is independent of any page builder and/or page or post. Once you install the plugin you can configure it via the admin menu.

I’ve been using the pro version on another page for a while and was so used to it. My bad.

I’ve switched to Twenty Twenty One and turned off all other plugins and it still does not show up. I can see the User Submitted Post menu item under Settings but not the USP Forms menu entry. I also installed USP on two other sites that I manage and it won’t show up either.
