In reply to: [NextScripts: Social Networks Auto-Poster] SNAP and ClassiPress compatibilityWhy you don’t answer to my issue?
I would really appreciate any help.At the beginning I tended to input wrong location’s ID based on location’s WordPress post ID (showing up after you hover on a location’s edit button in WordPress dashboard under Events->Locations). That’s wrong!
An actual location’s ID is a number assigned by the plugin itself to the database. In my case WordPress’s post ID was 346 and the equivalent of Events Manager’s plugin ID assigned to the same post was 8. I couldn’t find a proper Events Manager ID for a particular location or any location at all in the dashboard, so I searched through the database using Adminer plugin.
However, a few days ago I noticed that you actually can turn on the Events Manager location’s ID in the WordPress dashboard by checking the proper check box in “Screen Options” settings in WordPress dashboard under Events->Locations. Just check the box “Location ID” to get the proper Events Manager’s location ID assigned by the plugin itself, not the WordPress post ID.
So in other words: WordPress’s post ID is not the same as Events Manager’s plugin ID.I managed to fix the problem. Everything works fine now.
Thank you for your concern.
Have a nice day!I updated my WordPress version to the newest available (4.4.1) and I still have the same issue.
Thank you for your kind reply.

I noticed that other users also have similar issues with this plugin when they try to narrow [events_list] shortcode to location=”X” or post_category parameters.
Here are some relevant support threads:
– Shortcodes
– events_list with post_category returns no resultForum: Plugins
In reply to: [Events Manager - Calendar, Bookings, Tickets, and more!] ShortcodesIt happens on my both installations of WordPress.
My WordPress version is 4.3.2
Do I have to use the newest WordPress version to make it work properly? I have to admitt that I don’t want to use the newest version, because some plugins that I use and the theme itself might still not be compatible with the newest WordPress version.Everything except [events_list limit=”X” location=”X”] shortcode seems to be working great on my WordPress 4.3.2 installation.
What might be an issue?

In reply to: [Events Manager - Calendar, Bookings, Tickets, and more!] ShortcodesIt also does not work with other locations.
I guess that [events_list limit=”X” location=”X”] is the only shortcode that does not work for me. Every other shortcode seems to work properly.

In reply to: [Events Manager - Calendar, Bookings, Tickets, and more!] ShortcodesHello.
I have an exact same problem.
Even after I updated Events Manager to the newest version I have the same issue that Juan explained above.[events_list limit=”10″ location=”346″]
After I add the shortcode shown above to my pages, the output of the shortcode shows “No events” ,although this location has a lot of upcoming events. The shortcode works only when I use [events_list] and [events_list limit=”XX”] option, but it shows all upcoming events.
Narrowing shortcode results to a particular location does not work.Do you have an idea how to fix this?
Thank you in advance.
Best regards.
