I understand that your order status is automatically changing to completed as soon as it is shipped.
This status change is being done by shiprocket itself. Please refer this screenshot:
To solve this issue, please turn off “Push Order Status” feature from your channel settings.

Thank you for contacting us.
By default, shiprocket supports only one webhook url. Even for multiple channels, shiprocket can send webhook notifications to single website only.
If you want to call webhook of multiple websites, we can build a proxy webhook which in turn will call the respective website’s webhook based on the data provided by shiprocket. Please note, this custom development will be on chargeable basis.

We’ve checked and the webhook seems to be working perfectly, so tracking info should be getting automatically synced on your website.
If you are using “Custom Order Status” for your orders, please go to Plugin settings -> General -> Change “Order Statuses” to “Any”.
Please check if that fixes the problem, if not, it would be helpful if you should temporarily give us access to backend of website so that we can further investigate the problem.

Yes, the awb along with all other shipment information is automatically fetched from shiprocket. Actually, “pull” is incorrect term, shipment status is “pushed” by shiprocket via the plugin’s webhook.
But, this happens only after the shipment is “Out for Pickup”. So if you’ve just scheduled the pickup on shiprocket, the awb number may not be available on wordpress yet.
If webhook is configured correctly, the shipment tracking data is sent to website only after the status is “Out for Pickup”. For any “pickup scheduled” order, please wait for the courier to pick it up, then check if the tracking is available on website or not.
We are aware of this limitation and we are trying to find ways to fetch the tracking data as soon as pickup is scheduled on shiprocket.

As we checked, the shortcode is working fine on the staging website that you provided. Please check if something is preventing the shortcode from rendering on your live website.

As per our discussion on email, the issue was caused because Cloudflare’s “Bot Fight Mode” was blocking the api call. I am glad that you were able to fix the issue turning off Bot Fight Mode.

Thank you for sharing the information.
Upon checking, we found that the webhook is working fine and able to receive data correctly.
However, when we tried to setup the webhook on shiprocket, we got the same error. So possibly, something is blocking shiprocket from sending request to your server/website.
Please check your security plugins like “wordfence” and see if they are blocking the request. You can try deactivating the security/firewall plugin and see if that resolves the problem.
If you want us to check the issue, it would be helpful if you could give us temporary access to your development or staging website.

I see that the shortcode is not working on your website.
However, I’ve confirmed that the shipment tracking shortcode is working fine on several other websites.
Possibly, some caching or page specific setting is preventing the shortcode from being rendering. In order to investigate the issue further, It would be helpful if you could provide us admin access to your development or staging website.

Possibly the security plugin is blocking the rest api call to your server. Can you please email the webhook url to [email protected] so we can have a look?
