In reply to: [Jetpack Social] Question about character limit in autopostingHey @luispico – thanks a lot for reaching out to us and for sharing your feedback.
From what I read in your request, it sounds like the most efficient way to create a feature request here. Our dedicated team will take a look at that and get back to you with questions or feedback if needed.
Hope that helps! ??
Hey @lamboman666 – I checked you site address but I see it is not working in my browser. May I know when you said “I canot find the email associated with that account” – do you mean WordPress.com / Jetpack account, your web hosting account, or the account where you have purchased the website domain?
Please provide us the details, it will help us to guide you in the correct direction!

Hey @nahbweb!
I will check the settings, but how does that fix the garbled text? We don’t care if the comment button shows or not. But we do need to fix the text so our subscribers can read what we are sending to them.
I apologize, I missed addressing your this issue.
Generally this kind of issue appear if you are using any Block in the editor which is not supported by Jetpack Newsletter but seeing your site it does appear you are using Paragraph Block in the post editor so Block doesn’t looks like an issue here.
In order to check if any other plugins/theme are not creating the issue, I know it’s less than ideal, but could you please temporarily deactivate all plugins (don’t delete them) except Jetpack and then switch your site to default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-Four and then try to send a test newsletter again with only text on the post (you can use Paragraph Block to add just text on the post).
Let me know how it went!
Hey @nahbweb – thanks for sharing the screenshots!
Generally the comment option doesn’t show in newsletter if the post comment is disabled. Could you please go to WP Admin ? Settings ? Discussion section again and make sure “Allow people to submit comments on new posts” option is enabled?
You can disable and enable comments for individual post from the post editor as well so if the comment on the site is enabled but it is disabled for any individual post, then in that case also the comment option won’t appear in newsletter. Before publishing any post please make sure comment for that post is also enabled in the right sidebar of the editor settings.
Looking forward to your reply on how it went. ??

Hey @drrichde – Thank you for your response and for clarifying your perspective on our pricing. I completely understand that for a small business like yours, the cost can be a significant factor. The starting price for commercial use of Jetpack Stats does cover up to 10,000 views per month, which might not align with your current needs, given your visitor count.
I appreciate your feedback, and I’ve noted your concerns regarding pricing for smaller businesses. We’ll definitely discuss this on our side. Your input is invaluable in helping us shape our offerings.
If you have any other questions or suggestions, feel free to reach out!
Thank you for your understanding and support. ??

Hello there – Thank you for sharing your feedback on the recent changes to Jetpack Stats. I understand that price adjustments can be challenging, and I want to address your concerns.
After many years of offering Jetpack Stats for free, we’ve had to make the difficult decision to introduce paid versions to ensure the product’s sustainability. We’re actively investing in enhancing the Stats feature, and you’ll see more improvements in the future. This change allows us to maintain quality, cover development costs, and continue adding new features.
However, we still provide free stats for completely non-commercial sites, along with many other free features within Jetpack. If you share your site address with us, we can check if it qualifies for free stats and can make the changes for your site.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support. ??
Hey @umurtas – I have reviewed your site and have confirmed that your website is for non-commercial use only and therefore qualifies for our Free Stats plan. I have adjusted this in our records. You should be able to view your stats now; please let us know if you do not see them.
Let us know if you have other questions or if there’s anything else we can do to help!
Hey @hellopunkin – Jetpack don’t delete any data itself. It apepars there is something happened on the site and those data lost. If the form data is deleted, the only way to recover that data is by restoring the site’s backup. I don’t see you have a?Backup plan with Jetpack,?so if your hosting provider has your site’s backup or if you are using any other backup service, you can use it to restore the backup of the site to the point where the data was there.
Hey @sparviero79 – it sounds like if you send a test email, then the email is getting land to your inbox correctly, but it doesn’t land to your subscriber’s inbox. Is that correct?
If so, have you noticed this issue after being notified by any of your subscriber? If yes, may we know their email address? (Please don’t share it here, you can share us to the form link below)
Also please let us know your site address to check the issue properly. You can share all these details by contacting us via this contact form.
