Hello Steve. Any update? I provided what was requested, and still cannot save anything. Can this be corrected? If so, how, so I can move on. Thanks
As mentioned in my reply, I never received the email you mentioned. I requested it to be re-sent so I could respond, and I hadn’t heard back. Please resend the response you said was sent on Feb 6th (I received every prior reply but not that one) so I can respond and get this fixed. Thank you.

There are console errors, even when I turn everything off and change the theme. It simply will not save.

Hi,
Thanks for the follow-up.
Could you please tell me if you're seeing a WordPress API error message in All in One SEO as seen here -

Thanks!

In reply to: [Altra] Difficult to InstallI received instructions on how to install the Theme. I now have it usable. Much appreciated.
You are correct, being rude is not called for.? Neither is saying you didn’t see an issue so therefore there is no issue.
It’s not the end users job to troubleshoot a plugin. Please note that with the amount of times I am asked to “go pro,” you’d think I wouldn’t have to work with the developer to troubleshoot why the plugin doesn’t work in the first place.
On a blank theme, I invite you to install your plugin. Upload a couple logos and copy the short code into a webpage.? Either your instructions are not clear, or the plugin does not work.? You say to add logos and copy the shortcode.? Well, I did that, and I get a blank logo area with no logos.? Could it be the theme, maybe. But when looking for a plugin, who has time to troubleshoot a new plugin to find out why it isn’t working.
I changed my review from a 1 to a 3 because at least you responded. But I found a solution that worked out of the gate so my issue is resolved. Best of luck moving forward.
Thanks. Country codes are blocked but T-Mobile is a US company and users are un the US connecting in the same location. The only difference is that they are using a T-Mobile service.
I use WordFence on a LOT of websites. The same issues exists on all of them, even if outside countries are not being blocked.

In reply to: How to limit fonts and styles available to editorsThank you for the feedback. Will give it a shot.
Looks like that did the trick. I don’t see the error any longer. Thank you. Will try your recommendations if it returns.
Hello. This is not resolved. I re-opened it. It’s an ongoing issue where I’ve had to remove WordFence from high-traffic sites because it continues to block legitimate IP addresses for the T-Mobile Network. It’s showing some T-Mobile networks as being blocked by a Country Code even though the service is in the United States? How do we resolved this issue? Thanks

Hello @wfadam. See attached. This is preventing potential business opportunities escape. The majority of blocks seem to be coming from any IP address on the T-Mobile network, and it’s a good amount. These IP’s say its blocking the country code but the person is visiting my site from the United State’s. Further, that IP is registered to T-Mobile.
Let me know what you find. Thank you for the assistance,

In reply to: [Advanced Woo Search] Search not showing all productsLooks like it finds everything in the Only Search Results Page setting but not in using Ajax. Try using Only Search Results Page (no ajax search results) to see if this addresses your needs. Good luck.
Just broke my site and locked me out. Had an “Error” message throughout my site and couldn’t access the control panel. Had to change the plug-in directory name just to get back in.
I had the upgrade alert in WordPress. I was not running 4.X so it would be smart to either NOT list the upgrade for sites that are not 4.2 or above by putting a note in the plug-in description that reads – this only works on 4.2 or above.
Had to move on to another tool….
