We have seen that you have filled form in wprdpress dashboard and you may have got confirmation email also.
But we haven’t got notification email.
And if this problem is with SMTP then other form on About Us page should also have this issue,but it’s working fine.

I have checked email route as per your suggestion and we found that, due to “152-44-33-193.us-chi1.upcloud.host.” emails are delayed.
Is it related to your plugin?
We also found that when we DEACTIVATE PLUGIN(WP MAIL SMTP) this issue is get resolved.
Please find the results here and help me to fix this problem as soon as possible.
