Yes. The self-printing browser workflow is a paid add-on available in all plan levels. This workflow will render a printable document based upon the template and trigger the printer dialog for local printers, here is a quick video showing that behavior: https://www.loom.com/share/65674a70742a4212866723b893992773
Hi Wayne,
Absolutely, our plugin supports local printing, which we refer to as self-browser printing. With this feature, you can print unlimited WooCommerce orders directly to your locally connected printers using the standard browser print dialog. No third-party connection to our servers is required for this functionality.
For cloud printing and automatic printing features, a connection to our servers is required.
You can easily setup self-browser print by using the add-on included in all plan levels with unlimited (no credits) printing, however creating an account is required to subscribe to a plan.
Let us know if you have any other questions!
I understand that you’re looking for the order status to automatically change from “processing” to “completed” once the Print button is used. While our plugin doesn’t currently support this specific feature, I can see how helpful that would be in streamlining your workflow. I’ve added it to our feature request list, and we’ll be considering it for future development.
Hi @gerske
Thank you for reaching out and considering BizPrint as a replacement for your current Dymo WooCommerce plugin. We’re sorry to hear about the abandonment of your previous plugin, but we’re pleased to let you know that BizPrint is actively developed and fully supported.
Yes, BizPrint does support adding a manual print button on each order page, allowing you to print address labels directly from the order details.
Here’s how you can set it up:
Create a Printer Location: In the plugin settings, create a new printer location (e.g., “Dymo Printer”) and map your Dymo printer to this location.
Customize the Print Template: While our default templates don’t include an address-only label, you can create a custom template using our development tools. Please refer to our Developer Documentation for guidance.
If you need assistance with setting up the custom template or setup in general, please don’t hesitate to submit a support ticket. Our team is more than happy to help you get everything up and running smoothly.

In reply to: [Store Hours for WooCommerce] Store closed but order went throughTwo items to evaluate that could be linked to why the order was allowed to be placed.
- Cache based plugins or services. Often a cache based plugin could be the reason why the backend shows as ‘Closed’, but the front-end still is allowing orders. You can consider using our hook to flush the cache based upon the set schedule. Post here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/cache-clean-up-action-hook/
- Quick Payments. Using Google Pay, Apple Pay and other similar payment methods can skip the checkout page of WooCommerce. If using, we’d recommend disabling this to rule it out as the reason why.
You could also try to enable two additional settings under the Actions tab.
- Hide Add to Card button if closed
- Remove payment gateway options if closed to prevent checkout
If those options are don’t help, we would suspect either the cache based plugins/services or quick payment methods would need to be reviewed.
Thank you for providing the details and the screenshot. The EPSON TM-m30II thermal printer is indeed supported by our service. The issue you’re experiencing is likely due to one of two reasons: the settings under our plugin or the printer driver. Please try the following steps to adjust the settings:
Page Orientation: Portrait
Custom Margins: 1 mm (Top, Right, Bottom, Left)
Layout Size: Custom- 80 mm Custom Width: 76 mm
- 58 mm Custom Width: 54 mm
- Custom Height: 200 mm
Since you have already tried several configurations, we recommend updating the printer driver. Additionally, ensure that the paper size on the connected computer is defined as either 80 mm or 58 mm, depending on the paper sized being used.
If you are using macOS as the print host and running the BizPrint app, we also suggest enabling the CUPS Printer Interface for control of layout settings with thermal printers on macOS.
If you continue to have issues, please open a support ticket at https://getbizprint.com/support/ for our team to further troubleshoot with access to the environments to understand why the alignment is not working as expected.

In reply to: [Store Hours for WooCommerce] Very Helpful for storesThank you for the review! We really appreciate it. Great to hear it was easy to use.
Great question. All Epson thermal printers are supported by our service.
Let me explain why, the service works by installing an app on the local machine connected to the printer, we support Windows, MacOS and Linux as outlined in Step 3 of our quick start guide: https://getbizprint.com/quick-start-guide/#step-3.
We refer to this as the printer host once the app is installed and connected to the cloud service. As a result, the printer host can use all OS functionalities for printing and connect to all printer models. As long as the Epson thermal printer can be installed on the local machine you use for the service it will be supported.
Note: The “local machine” printer host running the app can be a small, cheap, low-power device, for example a Raspberry Pi or miniPC.
Yes, you can easily change the font size. The font size is managed by each printer location you setup. WooCommerce > Print Manager > Printers tab. Click add or edit to view the settings for the printer location.
If you have selected the Output format of HTML, as shown here: https://ibb.co/sqfp0Kk
You can manage the font size of various elements of the template.
If you have selected the Output format of Plain Text, as shown here: https://ibb.co/TRgY0NZ
You manage the font size based upon width of the paper, the font will adjust based upon the width size.
For Template customization, we offer several no code options for adding a logo, company information, section information and footer information.
Beyond these options, we offer full customizations of templates with our development information and ability to create a fully customized templated based upon all your requirements on design, style, layout and included order information. In reply to: [Jovvie Point of Sale POS for WooCommerce] vipps and Klarna paymentsThe POS doesn’t have native integration with Vipps or Klarna.
If you are using Vipps or Klarna as a payment gateway to your WooCommerce storefront, you can use the POS QR code payment workflow with Vipps or Klarna.
How it works? On the Payment Screen, click the QR code icon. This will generate a QR code for payment. As shown in this quick video demo:
https://www.loom.com/share/c7ea30632caf4844b7dc46dc5d85812cThe customer uses their mobile device to scan the QR code. The scanned QR code will load the checkout payment page for the order, allowing the customer to select an existing payment gateway active on your checkout page and make a payment. Once the payment is processed, clicking Pay on the POS will verify payment and complete the transaction.
Thank you so much, we love the review! We’re really happy to hear the product is working perfectly and you use it in your restaurant.
This error indicates the API connection between your WordPress Site and the BizPrint account has been disrupted.
Our recommendation, review this connection point. You can use the quick start guide as a reference, step #4: https://getbizprint.com/quick-start-guide/#step-4. This outlines the steps to establishing the API connection.
If you are also running the Legacy API connection, this is a good opportunity to upgrade to the recommended REST API connection.
Perform that check as outlined in Step 4 and upgrade if needed to the REST API. This should resolve that authorization issue and get you printing again.
