Currently we only support the ability to print using the BizPrint cloud service and the local computer running the BizPrint app. The printing workflow will send the invoice print job from the plugin running of the WordPress site to our Cloud service and the service will send the print job to the BizPrint app running locally on your Windows OS device. Unfortunately, the plugin won’t be able to support printing directly to the default printer connected with the Windows OS of your laptop or desktop computer. Sorry we can’t provide that functionality.

In reply to: [Store Hours for WooCommerce] Alert box reappear not respecting the settingsThank you for posting the topic for the community. Based upon the behavior you described, we suspect cache is the reason the dismiss setting is not being respected by the store front-end.
We’d recommend under the tab Schedule. Scroll down to the Cache Management options. Enable Cache Clearing, and select either Ajax or HTML based upon the configuration of your WordPress site.
If this doesn’t resolve the behavior, you can create a custom function to manually clear the cache events based upon a hook we provided developers. You can learn more about the hook on another post: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/cache-clean-up-action-hook/

In reply to: [Store Hours for WooCommerce] Cannot enable store hoursLet us quickly clarify the force override feature. When the force override feature is enabled, this will allow the admin to disable the store status or enable the store status outside the preset schedule.
If the ability to disable the force override feature is not working, sounds like you might have a cache issue or a plugin conflict occurring.
For Cache clearing, did you enable the the cache clearing setting under the General tab? If no, please enable that setting. If the behavior continues, please consider disabling any cache plugins or services and test the functionality. We also support a cache clearing hook allowing you to clear cache, you can refer to support post: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/activating-caching-plugin-breaks-page/ and https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/cache-clean-up-action-hook/
If the behavior continues, please perform plugin conflict testing and feel free to open up a support post for additional support on the forum: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/order-hours-scheduler-for-woocommerce/

In reply to: [Product Add-Ons for WooCommerce] Undefined array key “products”We love hearing you have been using the open source version of our plugin posted here on www.ads-software.com, but unfortunately per our announcement last December, https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/product-add-ons-plugin-maintenance-mode-announcement/, we have transitioned the project to maintenance mode and no longer supporting or pushing new releases to the listing.
If you are still interested in the plugin, and all it’s great features, we are releasing new features and continually supporting the plugin, you can learn more at https://www.bizswoop.com/product-manager/
Good news. Our plugin can support ANY printer model that connects to a Windows/Mac/Linux/RaspberryPi device. We normally don’t recommend any specific printer model since we support hundreds of models and availability for printer models is based upon regions.
Our recommendation, when shopping for a new printer, or checking if your current printer is supported. Check if the printer is compatible with Windows/Mac/Linux/RaspberryPi. If the printer is compatible it will work with our plugin.
Yes. This feature will be included in the Pro plan or higher. The add-on will also be available as a purchase on the lower plans.
If you have any other questions about plans, or pricing feel free to contact us directly at https://getbizprint.com/contact-sales/, we’d be happy to answer any questions.
This is a new feature we are working on right now. The feature is planned to be released next week allowing you to map Shipping Zones and Methods to printer locations.
We have not tested the system for the specific Rollo printer.
The BizPrint App running on Mac, Windows, Linux, or Raspberry Pi will detect ALL printers, if the printer is installed as a printer on the operating system. How is the printer connected to your computer? Which OS? Is the BizPrint App running on the computer?
Based upon this comment, if ‘the list is empty’. At a minimum the Save PDF should be listed on the Station (https://print.bizswoop.app/stations) created. and in the list in the Plugin Location view.
If not, we suspect one of the steps with authorization did not occur properly. We’d recommend reviewing Step 3 of our quick start guide, https://getbizprint.com/quick-start-guide/ and verify the authorization between your local computer connected to the Rollo printer as next steps.
We’d be happy to help support and troubleshoot the reason why the printers are not showing up in the Printer selection area of the plugin for the location.
First, let’s confirm you have setup the BizPrint app on the device connected to the Wifi Printer. This is step 2 of our quick start guide: https://getbizprint.com/quick-start-guide/#step-2
If the BizPrint app is setup correctly, you should see under the Station you created in your Cloud account the printer listed: https://print.bizswoop.app/stations
If the printer is NOT showing, please check the keys used to connect the BizPrint app running on the computer to the cloud. We’d recommend disconnecting the app, copying and pasting the keys again to verify. Select Connect on the BizPrint app to establish the connection again.
If yes, the printer is showing, let’s next review step 4 of our quick setup guide: https://getbizprint.com/quick-start-guide/#step-4
Navigate to the Settings tab of the Print Settings. WooCommerce > Print Settings > Settings (tab). Verify the keys used to connect your WordPress website to the Cloud service are correct. We’d recommend copying them again from the Application, https://print.bizswoop.app/applications you created in the cloud and pasting them again. Click Save Changes.
Now go ahead and check the Printer list under the Location. This should have resolved the problem, we suspect the keys might have not been inputted correctly or one of these connections steps was missed.
Let us know the results.
Thanks for that clarification. Then yes, we are working on this feature right now. We hope to have it released and supported in the next few weeks.

In reply to: [Product Add-Ons for WooCommerce] percentage of total doesn’t workCan you please provide us additional information, so we can review and troubleshoot the issue further:
– Screenshot of the Product; and Variation Details
– Screenshot of the Product Add-on used on the Product; Variations
– Link to the product page for the ProductThis information will allow us to review your settings and perform reproduction testing to understand the calculation issue you are flagging more.
Unfortunately, we don’t currently support the ability to print based upon the location of the item, or the shipping from location of the item. We currently support printing based upon product mapping to specific printers. We’re also working on a feature to print based upon Shipping location.
For example, printer ABC would print all orders shipping to a selected shipping zone. So if a customer selects ‘Flat Rate Shipping’, all orders for that shipping zone will print to a specific printer.
The challenge with your feature request, we don’t have a way of knowing where the item is located or shipped from. We assume this information is managed by an inventory system or other plugin? If you’d like to share how that information is stored, we’d be happy to evaluate and consider this type of feature in the future as a feature request.
