This type of error is commonly related to web hosting or a firewall service. What this error means. Essentially the web hosting providers servers are timing out the communication with our app server. Can you check with the web hosting provider this log? We’d like to have them review and confirm.
Once this question is confirmed with the web hosting provider. Please follow-up with us directly on the support ticket you created. We will need the PHP debug log files, Plugin log files and BizPrint app log files to troubleshoot the issue and help you resolve the problem. You can easily send us those files using the active support ticket you created.

Can you please open a support ticket here: https://www.bizswoop.com/support/
In the support ticket, please include the following logs
– Print Log. Find the log at WooCommerce > Print Settings > Log. Copy Log
– Plugin Log. Find the log at WooCommerce > Print Settings > Log. Copy Log
– Debug Log. Find the log at WooCommerce > Print Settings > Debug. Get Remote PrintersWe will review the logs to better understand what is causing the warning. In reply to: [Product Add-Ons for WooCommerce] Add-ons horizontally alignedThanks for the screenshot, it’s a bit hard to see, but looks like this could be a CSS conflict with the specific theme you are using.
Have you tested the issue with the standard WooCommerce Store front theme? Does the issue still occur? We can’t reproduce the issue with the Store front theme, so we suspect it related to this specific Theme CSS. Which theme are you using for the site?

In reply to: [Product Add-Ons for WooCommerce] Add-ons horizontally alignedSorry, I’m not sure I’m following your question related to the layout and css for the active theme.
But yes, I can confirm. The plugin supports both Single and Variable products.
You can assign an add-on to apply globally to all the Variations. Or assign an add-on to apply only for a specific Variation.
For example, here in this quick video:

In reply to: [Store Hours for WooCommerce] Error in time settingWe’d be happy to clarify how to setup the schedule for this use case of
‘My store Opening Timing is 02:00 PM and Closing Time is 02:00 AM’
Our day schedules work on a 24 hour time period. As a result, you can’t set a time period after 11:59 PM, this will cause a period conflict and can’t be saved.
To set up this type of schedule you can do the following, as an example.
Friday
02:00 PM to 11:59 PMSaturday
12:00 AM to 02:00 AM
02:00 PM to 11:59 PMIn this example, the store will open at 2:00 PM on Friday and remain open until 2:00 AM on Saturday. The store will close at 02:01 AM on Saturday and open again at 2:00PM on Saturday.
This will allow the schedule to transition from 1 day ending and another day starting based upon your open hours.
We’d be happy to help support troubleshooting this issue further for you.
For us to troubleshoot the failures, we’d need the following logs from you.
– BizPrint Cloud App log, Click BizSwoop Logo running on the desktop taskbar. Select Get Logs
