Thank you for raising the forum post regarding the cURL error 60 error certificate error.

Yes. We can confirm we are currently experiencing a certificate issue related to the Let’s Encrypt certificate expiration event affecting some users of the service. We have restored the service for some, but working to restore the service for all users. We hope to have this resolved shortly. We’ll post an update on this forum topic once we have the fixed completed and service fully restored.

Thanks for reaching out and sharing this behavior and settings information.

We suspect the behavior was created by a settings misconfiguration or empty value. Today we released a point fix to include an empty array check. This should resolve the issue reported.

If the behavior continues, can you please enable the WP Debug mode and send us the log. We’d like to review the log and better understand why your configuration is triggering this behavior. If you do send the log, we’d recommend submitting the log directly to us at bizswoop.com/support and not post on the public forum.

Hopefully this isn’t required and the latest point release solves the issue.

Unfortunately, we haven’t evaluated the compatibility and are not providing support of Product Add-ons with the WooCommerce app at this time.

If more users of the plugin express interest in using Product Add-ons with the WooCommerce app, we will review this compatibility in more depth for our roadmap.

This new release will be available in early Q4 allowing active users to upgrade quickly and easily to the new version. This is considered a major release, so we are making sure it’s tested, QA’d and completes Beta status before being released.

For any active users experiencing the conflict with Mollie Payments, we’re asking those users to create a support ticket directly in the POS (as outlined above), our team will review the log and provide support to resolve the compatibility until this new release is available. The new release which include full compatibility support with Mollie Payments by default.

Yes, we agree this feature could use a tooltip. We have it planned in an upcoming release. Thanks for flagging this feature as a good setting to get one added.

Good feedback about adding a tooltip. We are working on an upcoming release to add tooltips to the plugin, we will make sure this feature definitely gets a tooltip added to avoid any confusion in the future.

We try hard to respond as quick as possible to support forum posts and the recent post you made: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/wrong-timezone-4/.

We posted a response within 24 hours providing more details about one of the powerful advanced features ‘Force Override’ of our plugin and how it works for a website. We are disappointed you left a 1 star review without allowing us to respond is a reasonable amount of time with support and guidance. We hope you will review our support response and consider updating the review accordingly.

We’d be happy to clarify the setting ‘Turn on Force Override’.

When the setting ‘Turn on Force Override’ is enabled, the open/close status is no longer based upon the schedule and based upon the setting ‘Ordering Status’ as Enabled or Disabled, using the toggle.

As shown in this quick video:

For example, if the setting ‘Turn on Force Override’ is enabled. And the setting of ‘Ordering Status’ is toggled on Disabled. The store will be closed and not use the schedule. You will need to deselect the ‘Turn on Force Override’ and disable the setting to return to using the open/close behavior based upon the store schedule.

If this setting is not functioning per this behavior or another issue is occurring for the time zone behavior. Let us know, if you could include a video, we’d be happy to review why the behavior is not working on your configuration and provide support.

Thanks for bringing up the shipping support for Product Add-ons. This support is planned on our roadmap to allow the admin to set the shipping attributes for an add-on. We hope to have this released and supported in an upcoming release later this year.

Under the Basic free version, we support the ability to select from the options of 1, 5, 10, 15, 30, 45, 60 seconds and the popup will show again after the elapsed time.

Using our Premium add-on, we support the ability for the admin to define custom values for the elapsed time and 0 value to not show up again after the popup is dismissed. If you have any questions about the premium features, please contact us directly at https://www.bizswoop.com/wp/store-hours-manager-plus/

Unfortunately not. As you highlighted, right now we default POS orders to sort products in the order meta by Price High to Low.

In development is a feature to allow Cart level sorting of product items, which will include the Order Meta sorting as well. We hope to release that later this year as part of an upcoming release.

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Unfortunately, at this time the plugin for coupons with progressive discounts is not supported by the POS. In our upcoming release we are going to be supporting developer tools allowing for third party plugins to integrate with the POS. Once this is supported, the developer can build compatibility with the POS. We hope to have developer tools released later this year.

Thanks for reaching out. We suspect a plugin conflict error is occurring. Please perform a plugin conflict test. It’s easy, temporarily disable all plugins except WooCommerce and the POS. Load the POS again. If the error is fixed, one-by-one enable a plugin to identify which plugin is causing the conflict.

If the error continues when only running WooCommerce and the POS, please support to us a WooCommerce System Log, we’d recommend submitting this directly to our support site at bizswoop.com/suppport and not post your log on the public forums. Plus submit to us the POS support log.

Go to Menu (Upper left), Click Support.

Submit a Support form, and make sure to click ‘Send POS system report’. Once you click send, include your active email address for follow-up, the report will automatically send to us for analysis.
