LOL. I had a feeling there would be no response to this. I’ve decided to remove iThemes Security from the 500+ WP sites we manage and install a functional competitor. Problem not solved but solved by getting rid of your plugin ??

Update: I changed the client user role to Administrator and that worked. Editor still doesn’t work. No idea why but at least the workaround did the job. Issue resolved… for me at least.

I’m having the same issue. Nothing I add for Editor shows up. All the Editor role can see are Dashboards, Posts, Media, Pages, and Comments, Profile.

Thanks for a very decent reply. Not sure why this is happening and what is causing this but at least you’ve helped me narrow things down. Hope I can get this figured out. I’m sure I will. I have a few ideas about what the issue might be. Thanks again. You helped plenty.

Thanks. I installed NinjaFirewall and removed Wordfence because it seems Wordfence don’t want to work with my choice of allowing NinjaFirewall to use this file. It immediately prompts me to override the NinjaFirewall setting and let it use the auto_prepend_file directive. Will look for an alternative to Wordfence that does not mess with NinjaFirewall.
