I think it might be, we have a stock feed from our supplier that is updated every morning. Our web developer set it all up so I will speak to him. In the meantime I have set up the rule as described, this is really so helpful. Thank you again.
Very strange! I’ve not set any rules on the feed so I will have to investigate further. Thank you for your help.
This is interesting to see. In all of my products the box is ticked to not allow backorders:

So is this a problem in the website not something that can be resolved with the feed?

Yes I’m using the merchant centre. I’m a bit new to this all as previously just used Google sheets but there was just too much product! Is this the info you need:
The mapping I have used is
g:condition > woosea condition (added custom attribute)
g:age_group > woosea age group (added custom attribute)It appears to work fine for 65% of the products but it’s pulling out the 35% and saying the value is invalid. I have downloaded a spreadsheet of all the products on our site and they all have these fields filled in with the same data.
