Also just found out, that if you do a “view page source”….IT IS passing alt text, but for whatever reason the ‘woocommerce-product-gallery__wrapper’ doesnt want to show it for blind readers.

Nevermind guys. I found it.

I had to FPT into the backend instead of using wordpress engine portal to navigate the theme php pages.

Once you FPT, you have access to every freaking file known to man…..and i found the Woocommerce plugin folder that had all the php pages in there.

Not sure why you cant access these kinds of things in the WordPress engine portal when fishing through Switty php files. Makes sense to look/find them in there as well.

Disabled the Yith plugin and moved on

Same issue here

It works fine on Firefox browser, but shows up completely blank white on Chrome, and then shows up blank but with error message “No products added to table” on Edge/IE

is this product not compatible for all browsers?

Ive cleared cache on the browser level, and also in my web host (WP Engine)…..doing both did nothing to resolve the issue

nevermind…we just installed a brand new lightbox plugin….and started using that and now it works again.

i went though and started disabling certain plugins thinking maybe it was a new conflict….but that wasnt it.

site is password protected for now (pass: SumSum#1818)

I tried the “reappear once in 24 hours” under behavior, and it seems that did the trick!

Im having the same issue. We went live with the website (moved to a new url) and all our forms are now broken.

Isnt there something in the WP plugin that allows us to modify the url to fix this without having to contact support?

Actually, i mistakenly was using a different sidebar menu plugin besides the one that came with “Switty”

So i turned the sidebar on, and it appears it doesnt have a search functionality within the sidebar?

I dont see an area in the template theme to add a search bar to Switty in the sidebar or in the header
