Nevermind, it was a plugin that was installed.

We don’t have a retainer with the company that designed our custom theme, and they will only talk with us if we pay them a ridiculous hourly rate, so we are going at this ourselves. I will try contacting themeforst, though.

Thanks for your help. Apache was set up correctly. The issue was that there was no index.php file created. Once I copied the index.php file from my local WordPress folder, everything worked beautifully.

I’m not sure if this is a bug in the installer, or due to my lack of experience.

Either way, a suggestion would be to create a video tutorial that shows how to use the Duplicator with XAMPP. Since you have videos on how to use these things separately, a video on how to integrate these should not be too difficult.

Anyway, excellent plugin!
