I did indeed get first e mail from you requesting to set up super admin for you. I did this and sent to you required credentials for you to log in on 03-Feb. I did not receive any replay and send a reminder on 07-Feb. Copies of my e mails are available.

The whole issue was result of my mistake and have nothing to do with the plugin itself.
Must admit that support for the plugin is really efficient.
